- One Heating & Air System: $15/month
- Two Heating & Air Systems: $24/month

The Right Maintenance Program
Did you know that most heating & air companies don’t clean exterior coils as part of their regular maintenance program? A dirty exterior coil forces your compressor to work much harder. More work means more energy used, and a shorter life for your compressor. At Zone, we clean your exterior coils at least once per year. At Zone, we offer both monthly and annual service plans. Our annual plans are priced as follows for homeowners:
- 1 System: $190 / year
- 2 Systems: $290 / year
- 3 Systems: $390 / year
*Specialty filters, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and and other indoor air quality products are maintained at an additional rate.
